A new Slate of club officers:
President - Tim Starliper
Vice-President - Toby Bouder
Treasurer - Robert "Bob" Troy
Secretary - Randall "Randy" Smith
Program Chair - Tom White

Tom White is looking for club members willing to demonstrate for the club.

John Laskowski brought in some venison bologna and chestnut wood.   Thank you John!!

Randy Smith knows of two black walnut trees (12-14" diameter) that must be felled.  There was little interest in doing this from the club though.  If anyone wants contact info send an email to Randy Smith.

OLD BUSINESS:

  • Discussion of updates to the club bylaws.
  • A section was added detailing the conditions that would cause the club to be dissolved.  Decided that an auction would be held to dispose of club assets.
  •  A dues increase from $20 to $25 for the 2022 calendar year was approved by vote.  BUT IF you pay before January 1st, the cost is only $20.
  • The updated club by-laws were approved by members and signed by club officers.  Toby Bouder attended via Zoom, so arrangements were made to have him sign the by-laws.  The club by-laws will be forwarded to AAW for approval.
  • Discussion of purchase of Audio/Video equipment for the club was discussed.  A vote to allocate up to $1500 (the amount will likely be much lower than this figure) was approved.
