We had a wide ranging discussion on how to resume in-person meetings. A show of hands indicated must everyone present has had at least one covid vaccine shot.
Items discussed:
- What is the official capacity of the Woodcraft meeting room?
- WE want everyone in the club to be safe. Most of our club members are older and "high-risk".
- Possible outdoor meeting behind Woodcraft. This is a parking area and is usually empty. Chairs needed. Check with Woodcraft to see their opinion.
- Limited in-person attendance to maintain physical distancing and use Zoom to broadcast to those attending remotely.
- Vaccination required for in-person attendance?
- Concerns about in-person meetings were expressed because of the older members of our club, some with health issues.
